These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Nexi mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Services"), operated by Nexi ("Nexi," "we," "our," or "us").
By creating an account or otherwise using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher, to create an account or use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you are not barred from using the Services under the laws of your jurisdiction.
2. Your Account
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. Accounts are personal: one person, one account, and accounts may not be sold, rented, shared, or transferred. You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
3. Conduct in Rooms and on the Platform
Voice rooms, chat, and profiles are shared spaces. You agree not to: harass, threaten, or abuse other users; post hate speech, sexually explicit content involving minors, or content that promotes violence or illegal activity; impersonate another person or entity; spam or advertise without authorization; circumvent moderation, bans, or age or region restrictions; or use the Services to facilitate fraud, money laundering, or any unlawful activity.
Room owners and moderators may mute, remove, or block participants from their rooms. Nexi may investigate reports, remove content, and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, at our reasonable discretion.
4. Virtual Currency, Gifts, and Purchases
Coins, diamonds, and similar virtual currency ("Virtual Currency") are a limited, non-transferable license to access virtual items and features within the Services. Virtual Currency has no cash value outside the Services, is not a deposit, security, or stored-value instrument, and cannot be redeemed for real money except through features Nexi expressly provides for that purpose (such as a host or agency payout program, where offered and subject to its own terms).
Purchases of coins or other paid features are generally final. Refunds, where available, follow the policies of the app store or payment provider you purchased through (for example, Google Play), and Nexi's own role in any refund is limited accordingly.
Gifts sent to other users, hosts, or rooms are voluntary and non-refundable once sent, including where a gift's outcome depends on chance (such as a Lucky Gift feature). VIP membership, badges, and similar paid perks apply for the stated duration and do not carry over or refund upon account closure.
5. Hosts, Agencies, and Earning Programs
Nexi may offer programs under which hosts, agencies, or business partners earn settled compensation based on activity in the Services (for example, diamonds received, or an agency's recruited hosts). These programs are governed by the specific policy Nexi publishes for them from time to time, are subject to eligibility, verification, and anti-fraud checks, and may be changed, suspended, or discontinued by Nexi. Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, partnership, or agency relationship between Nexi and any user.
6. Content You Share
You retain ownership of the content you post, say, or share through the Services ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant Nexi a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and transmit it as necessary to operate and provide the Services. You are solely responsible for your User Content and must have the rights necessary to share it.
7. Intellectual Property
The Services, including their software, design, graphics, and trademarks, are owned by Nexi or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited rights expressly granted to you to use the Services, no other rights are granted, and you may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Services without our written permission.
