NEXi is a voice-chat application operated by Kivi Prog Pvt Ltd. These terms govern your use of the app and this website.
By creating an account or using NEXi you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the app. You must be at least 18 years old to hold an account.
You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in details secure. One person, one account. Do not sell, rent or transfer your account to anyone else.
Voice rooms are shared spaces. Harassment, hate speech, sexual content, impersonation, spam and the promotion of illegal activity are not allowed. Room owners and moderators may mute, remove or block participants, and we may suspend accounts that break these rules.
Coins are a licence to access virtual items inside NEXi. They have no cash value, are not a deposit or a stored-value instrument, and cannot be exchanged for money. Purchases are generally final; refunds follow the rules of the store or payment provider you bought through.
You keep ownership of what you say and post. You grant us a licence to host and transmit it so the service can work. We may remove content that breaks these terms or the law.
We may change, suspend or discontinue features. We aim to give notice of significant changes, but the service is provided "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted availability.
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that repeatedly break these rules or put other users at risk. Unused coins are forfeited when an account is closed for rule-breaking.
