Device Information: Nexi collects information about the devices you use to access the Services, including, but not limited to, your IP address, browser type, device model, operating system version, device configuration, unique device identifiers, network information, and other technical identifiers. This information is used to provide the Services, detect and prevent fraud, ensure security, troubleshoot technical issues, and improve performance.

Album Information: With your permission, Nexi may access your device's photo gallery to enable you to upload images, such as setting or updating your profile avatar.

Financial Information: If you purchase paid services or virtual items (coins, diamonds, VIP membership, gifts, or similar virtual goods), Nexi may collect transaction-related information, including payment platform information (such as Google Play), purchase history, recharge history, virtual currency balances, and related transaction records. Nexi does not store your complete payment card details.

Usage Information: Nexi collects information about how you use the Services, including the voice rooms you join, gifts sent and received, level progress, content viewed, log information, crash reports, performance data, and other usage data.

Voice and Content: Live voice in a room is transmitted so other participants can hear you; Nexi does not record room audio. Text chat is stored so chat history works, and may be reviewed when a report is filed against a message or its sender.

Location Information: With your permission, Nexi may collect your approximate or precise geographical location to provide location-based features, recommend relevant content, and enhance security.

Other Information: You may voluntarily provide additional information while using the Services, including feedback, support requests, or other information you choose to share.

II. How We Collect Your Data

Nexi collects personal information that you voluntarily provide when you use the Services, as well as information collected automatically through your use of the Services, where permitted by applicable law.

We collect and process your information when you register for an account, log in, contact our support team, use or interact with the Services, or grant permissions to access specific features of your device such as your camera, microphone, photos, or location.

Third-Party Sign-In Services: If you choose to sign in using a third-party service such as Google, we may receive certain information from that provider, such as your name, email address, and profile information, in accordance with your privacy settings and that provider's policies.
